Policies
Booking Appointments
All appointments are made through Square online booking. Your appointment will be “pending” until it is approved, typically on the same day. Confirmation will be sent through text and/or email.
Forms of Payment Accepted
We accept Apply Pay, credit cards, and cash.
Arriving Early
There are seating areas available just outside the suite. Please send a text to (213) 703-7332 to notify your arrival and have a seat while you wait.
Running Late
Please notify through text if you're running behind. A 10 minute grace period is offered and your appointment is not guaranteed after that. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled in consideration of the next guest.
Health
If you’re not feeling well on the day of your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Your health comes first and the appointment can be rescheduled for a future date.
Refunds
While we do not offer refunds, service adjustments are offered at no charge. If you are not satisfied with your service, please reach out within 7 business days of your initial appointment. Improvements can always be made, and my goal is for you to be happy with your hair.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Any cancellations or rescheduling must be be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You may do so through the original confirmation text sent from Square booking.
